What this service is

MyCalendarApp is a scheduling tool. When you open a booking link, you are arranging a meeting with the organisation that sent you that link. They decided to contact you, and they hold the record of your meeting. This page covers what the scheduling tool itself does with your details.

What is collected

Your name and email address, anything you type into the notes field, and the time slot you choose. If the organiser asks for anything extra on the form — a phone number, a company name — that is collected too. Nothing else.

What it is used for

Putting the meeting in the calendars of everyone attending, emailing you a confirmation, sending you a reminder before it starts, and letting you reschedule or cancel from the link in that email.

Who can see it

The organisation that invited you and the people attending the meeting. Your details are not sold, and they are not shared with anyone else for advertising.

Cookies and tracking

These pages set no advertising cookies and do not track you across other websites. Page loading speed is measured anonymously so the booking pages stay fast.

Changing or deleting your details

The organisation that invited you holds your booking, so ask them to correct or remove it — the quickest way is to reply to the email that carried your booking link. Cancelling from that link removes the meeting from the calendars straight away.
